Kiddos had a lot of fun climbing, sliding, jumping and more. Food was yummy. Nice and cool on a hot day. Only criticism was not enough staff, which meant some things only ran part of the time. The staff members who were there were courteous and helpful.
We went to a Jumperoo time (5 and under). My kids and myself loved it.nIt is so nice to not worry about big kids for once. The guy working was so nice and friendly to everyone.nWe will definitely be back!nThey also have food and drinks to buy a small arcade.nNice clean bathroom with a changing table.
We had the best day ever at Urban Air Westminster!!! This was our first time as a family and is was a blast. The awesome manager hooked our boys up in a way that made today feel like Christmas and birthday all in one. Activity staff are smiley and kind. They keep kids safe without just telling them no all day. Food Court has a nice variety too.
I got a membership for my son that used to love this place a few years ago but as we returned he now has a sensory issue & no longer can enjoy the park (he’s autistic) when I tried to cancel the membership I was asked for proof of his autism. Once I sent over the doctors note they then said they weren’t gonna cancel it because they wanted another doctors note stating that he physically can’t participate. This is seriously ridiculous I sent proof that he’s obviously autistic & they’re just trying to get more out of us just to cancel a membership.
Have my grandson a birthday party on Friday night. It was a great experience. We went a little over a week ago, and a manager helped us set it up. She was so nice and helpful. (I don't remember her name 😒) Emily was our party host. She was so sweet and helpful.
