Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Me and my daughters and I really had a good time here. We did zip lining, laser tag (twice), and the virtual reality game. There weren't a lot of arcade games at all, so don't buy a lot of tokens, like I did. I'm still sick with them. I paid for the $38.99 all access ticket, and it was really fun. They also have lockers you can rent out to put your things in. They do make you buy their socks. They also even serve beer, which came in handy after laser tag 😊
Kids love this! Came for a birthday party and the kids were were always running and jumping... they should sleep good tonight!
First time here for a birthday gathering.nFacility was a decent setup. The Lasertag/VR/Skyrider are extra to the basic pass. Probably it would be a better/cleaner experience to come during weekdays instead of weekends.
Urban Air is a great place to take your kids/family. Much better than I was anticipating and many activities to get involved in. I rather consider it crowded because it's more fun with more people involved. I think I had more fun than the kids lol. The park prices are reasonable. Food was great. Staff were great. Kept the place clean and assisted when needed. My only issue is there's no ATM available nor could I use my card at Urban Café to tip staff. But overall, A BLAST!!!
Beware ! This place looks great online. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT! We arrived about an hour after opening and there were about 20 patrons there. When we went to buy tickets we were told that play is limited to 2 hours do to capacity limits. I asked what the discount would be because on other days kids would play all day for the listed price. We were told there is no discount and the staff member directed me to the fine print. The fine print says that Urban Air reserves the right to limit play to 2 hours for capacity. I said that would be an issue. I asked if they were not at capacity at the expiration of the 2 hours would the kids be allowed to continue to play. I was told no. Urban Air is 2 times the price (when on sale) than any other like park in the area. This a policy purely derived by corporate greed.n1 star would not reccomend.
