Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We had a birthday party here for my son. We opted for the Platinum package (the highest) because he wanted to do the bumper cars that spin and virtual reality. Both of which were not working. The friendly guy at the front did downgrade us to the ultimate package which saved about $50 but it was still a bummer- had we known before booking we would’ve booked a different location. Dodgeball didn’t have balls and wasn’t supervised, there weren’t actual balls so they just were using balls from the ball pit. Bathrooms were disgusting no paper towels, trash and hair everywhere. There was an inch of dust on every surface, socks all over the floor, trash everywhere. The vending machines either didn’t work or didn’t have toys in them (the claw). Virtual reality needed to be charged so it wasn’t working. There were ball pit balls being thrown everywhere…and therefore were all over the place. No staff was watching over anything. No knife to cut the cake.nUpon walking in, the girl at the desk was not friendly at all and the check in process was somewhat unpleasant. Kids did still have fun because they’re kids, but it’s definitely not worth the $400+ price tag. Don’t waste your money here- or if you do, don’t have a party. We had been here before maybe 3 years ago and it was much better. Went way downhill since the. Manager didn’t seem to care.

My kids LOVE this place! Trampolines, jungle gym, ninja course, slides, high ropes, zip line, crazy bumper cars, virtual reality games, rock climbing - WOW! Plenty to keep any kid busy. I also love that members get free pizza with every visit and parents are half price :) I like to have fun, too! Also - a fantastic place for birthday parties where everyone is sure to have a great time!

What a great place to play! It's not as big as another place like this that we've been to, but it has a lot more to offer. The only thing I would add would be to add silks and hoops for aerial moves. Also, it would be nice if they fixed their bumper cars.

Took my family here and had a great time. Used the end of summer promotion (40% off) so it was very reasonably priced for a family of 5. Employees were attentive and made sure the kids were able to do each attraction. The pizza was good. Only negative I'd say was about half of the bumper cars were down so our whole group was not able to go at once.

Amazing job done by the staff who was manning the fort from 5 to 8 (at least)nWith Matt (I believe was his name, He was the manager at the time) Heading the pack, they ran the what was a VERY busy night of kids, as smoothly as humanly possible.nExtra special mention again to Matt who I observed many times helping and going above and beyond to ensure the success of his team for the night.
