Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We went on a Saturday at 11:00, they were decently busy. We were going there with my daughter and 4 of her friends for her birthday (we didn’t have a party here, just an outing with my daughter and friends). The cashier was nice and even remembered my young daughter from a soccer camp that she went to a couple of summers ago. If it wasn’t for that little interaction between her and my daughter, this would have been a 1 star review. Once you get past the cashier, the experience was bad. Only one person working in the wall climbing area with at least 6 kids playing meant the kids had to wait for quite a while to be hooked up or unhooked from the lines. Had to literally wait 5 minutes after my kid was done so she could be unhooked. There weren’t any workers anywhere to be found on the floor, which meant that no one was monitoring the trampoline and no one was checking wristbands for the premium areas. I could have saved my money and got the kids a regular wristband. However, the more concerning thing is the safety aspect. The obstacle course seemed more like a free for all ball pit, as kids were going the wrong way, playing incorrectly on the obstacles, and some were just playing in the balls freely. At one point on the obstacle course, my daughter got hurt because a kid coming the wrong way swung a hard plexiglass type obstacle and it smacked her in the head. Very dissatisfied with this visit. Didn’t see an adult worker the whole time we were there. My biggest concern though, is lack of employees monitoring the floor and keeping the kids safe. When I went to the restroom, I could see why there was no one on the floor though, as there were at least 5 workers that I could see in what I assume is the break room. Our next activity will certainly not be urban air and when we do go back to urban air it will be to a different location.

Seen its better days. Most attractions are worn out and there’s not much staff to speak of. Not really worth the $30 basic entry and socks.

Great place for kids to burn off some energy. It's a little tough for smaller kids, in the 3-5 year range if it's really packed. And the smaller kids may not be tall enough for all activities, but there should still be plenty to do.

We Celebrated my Grandson’s 13 Birthday with Family and Friends what a great time the kids had… Zip-line, Laser Tag, Trampoline and snacks ❤️❤️❤️
