Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Ok the kids love it here….. it is nice to allow them to run around and burn off lots of energy. I do recommend getting a membership if you have multiple kids like I do, unlimited visits and it includes a slice of pizza and a bag of chips. Monday thru Thursday after work I’d have to say Is the best time to visit. Less people for my kids to have to worry about! The staff is friendly, about all them after school kids but what can you expect in a college town. Now for the cons….. bathrooms need redone, baby changing station has been broke about a year now, it’s cold in the winter gos good luck if you have to use the toilet freezing cold seat, and hot in the summer, takes too long to get inside, and the food is the quality of a Chuck E. Cheese’s maybe worse. Chicken strips I believe are baked not deep fried, and both the chicken & pizza I’ve ordered multiple times have been under cooked. But even with my cons the fact that the kids love it here and sleep good when we get home it’s worth it to me. I just eat before I come, and dress knowing I’m gonna freeze or burn up dependent upon the outside weather.

First time there. Massive indoor playground for kids. They have a climbing station, tube station, numerous ninja type courses, video games, virtual reality room, bumper cars, dodge ball areas, and, of course, multiple trampoline zones! The place was amazing! The Grandkids absolutely wore themselves out!!!

Had my sons 7th birthday party here today. Excellent party service and the food was great. Whitney was our party host and she handled all our needs and requests. Definitely will go back there for upcoming party’s and events. Thank you Urban Air & Whitney!

This place definitely needs to step up security and/or have more staff available monitoring all the children as they are constantly running and running into other people. No wonder everyone has to sign a waiver before entering due to the injuries kids recieve while here.nMain thing was there isn't enough seating for parents and guests to even put on shoes, eat, drink, or relax while children play.nThey are way overcrowded, most businesses have restrictions of personnel allowed onsite for safety reasons but this place doesn't care as long as the money is rolling in.nBirthday parties were at every table all the time so there was nowhere available for seating, parties should be held only in the rooms so quest would have places to sit and eat.nTheir staff should have told us before we wasted money for platinum passes that my son was over the height restrictions for everything except jumping and climbing.nThis place looks like a unsupervised daycare and by the amount of children verses parents there's alot of folks dropping their kids off and leaving.nnOverall experience for this place was terrible and my wife and I couldn't wait to leave as soon as our boys got thirsty and hungry, because there wasn't anywhere to enjoy food and drink here due to overcrowding.

First time going.. and my son and his friend had a blast... Even on a Saturday it wasn't too crowded.. the staff was super friendly and always willing to help with anything that we needed...
