Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
1st birthday party for my son. It was awesome! Our hostess, Nicole, was excellent. She was good to our guests. Whenever I needed something she was on it. I highly recommend this establishment. The entertainment and customer service was far beyond my expectations.
My kids love this place. Only place I know of with indoor carts that the small ones can drive themselves. We do the monthly pass. I wish they had more carts, the lines get long.
This place is a disaster! I am shocked there are any higher stars but from the lowest ratings it shows that I wasn’t the only one who noticed how unclean this place is. Doors are locked wide open during this 115 degree weather pretty sure they have some AC units out because it is scorching inside. Having the doors open doesn’t only pose a safety risk for the children and the high temps but also a child could run outside easily and get hit by a car or someone could take off with a child. This is insane that this would be acceptable. So much filth everywhere. I noticed games where practically duck taped together there were used water bottles inside of claw machines and half of the games barely even work. Took the credits off our card twice and wouldn’t even operate. I left after 15 minutes this is infuriating after having spent $100 just for entry. Unacceptable. I feel extremely ripped off by this place. 0/10 do NOT recommend whatsoever.
Fun for the whole family. Pizza was also far better than I would expect from one of these kinda places. Only complaint is the long wait times for the Laser tag and Go-Karts. And even with the best pass you can only ride the carts twice.
If you are looking for fun for your children, do not come to this place. Firstly, a dirty place. Secondly, they always employ a teenage employee with no experience who always annoys the children. Don't sit here. Don't play here. get out of here . Does this company know that we pay money for our children to have fun? Or do they think that our children play for free?
