Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
We've been members here for 4 months now (since it opened) and it's been such a great experience for the kids and us. With 4 kids, it's been a very cheap monthly expense to allow the kids to burn energy, and get a bunch of different games/activities to do! Plus, it's always fun as a dad to get to play laser tag and beat all the kids on the scoreboard, and in the go karts lol. It's fun watching the kids get better at all the obstacles and wall climbing (photos of wall climbing). One cool thing about the membership is the free pizza and snack you get each visit. They did a really great job with the place!
We had a birthday party here for a 6 year. There was about 20 kids and 25 adults. We set up our own sweets table. Ordered pizza and chicken tenders. Kids ran and played. Place is very clean. Adults gathered at the bar to watch sports and sat at picnic tables and visited. No pre or post clean up. Zoe was our party hostess with the mostest!
We have celebrated 2 birthdays at urban air for two of our boys 11 yrs old and 2 yrs old. We have 7 kids total! 11, 11, 10, 4, 2, 2, and 9 months and there is something to do for all ages. Yesterday we got there around 11 and before you knew it, it was 7pm you can spend the entire day there and not run out of things to do. Thanks to employees like the operations manager Gilbert who we made sure both parties went without any issues. Danica is amazing, we've seen her on both occasions. No matter what attraction She's over seeing she always had a great attitude, shes taken time to interact with my kids and meet each one at there level even my low functioning autistic daughter. We have enjoyed both our visit so much we became members their and look forward to many more visits.
My boys are 7, 5 and 1. We just bought memberships and have been every day since purchasing. Emily checked us in yesterday and was very nice :) all the staff has been nice and helpful. Only thing I would change about the place is have a dedicated spot for babies/toddlers. With the height restrictions on many of the attractions I feel it’s more geared towards kids that are 5 and older. Right now the monthly membership for the most expensive package is $19/month which is cheaper than other jump parks we’ve had passes at and this park has a lot more attractions. The catch is you commit to one year which we are fine with since we live close by and will come often. It is expensive for a one time visit but for monthly membership it’s a steal!
First time at this location. They recently opened.nnLocation is easy to find, this place is huge. Plenty of parking. And for the most part looks clean.nnChecking in was easy. I paid $93 for 2 children to have access to it all. YOU MUST WEAR THEIR SOCKS. which I think it’s a huge ripoff. On the positive note, I had a pair of socks form another place and they kindly exchanged them so I didn’t have to pay for them but if you forget, get ready to pay about $5.nnFood is ok. Regular overpriced. Here is why I didn’t do a five star review. I asked for a pitcher of water and I was told “no”. Unless I’m with a party room then you can’t have any. That’s BS. Anyway here is what you CAN get: cups of ice and unlimited refilled of soda.nnWhat places likes this lack… is a place for parents to relax, a few pairs of comfortable chairs would do it but no instead we have to sit (for those who don’t want to participate) in uncomfortable chairs for hours on end.nnStaff is mostly teens so expect that.nnWould rerturn with the socks and my own water so I can just get cups of ice.
