Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

It says it is the cleanest trampoline park but the tables were disgusting and sticky I was there 3 hours and seen not one person wiping or sanitizing anything. I went to Cafe for dinner and was over charged when I went back to ask I felt like I was givin attitudes because I didn't want more food I wanted the money back. Then after the cashier asked if I wanted it back on card or cash I said cash and then he says too late I hit card. The whole experience in Cafe was horrible its young kids working who apparently hate their job and are miserable. Wrong place to work with that kind of attitude in my opinion. My kiddos along with myself had a great time overall. Weekends they give u a 2 hour limit if it gets busy and it usually does on weekends the staff told me. Buy tickets in advance online so u don't get there and it's too crowded to enter right away. Buy in advance u are guaranteed a spot in ur designated time. Ultimate tickets u can do everything in the building they are priced at 29.99 PARENTS THEY DO HAVE PARENT PASSES. THEY GET U ON EVERYTHING IN THE BUILDING WITH UR LITTLES. The prices of parent pass is 14.99. Go enjoy a day with ur kiddos where everyone can have fun.

A lot of fun for kids but the parking lot is super tiny for the amount of people coming and it doesn't go the whole way around the building, so lines of vehicles are having to do awkward turn arounds. Also, look closely at the waivers you're signing. It's kinda shocking what rights you're signing away.

It is a fun place for kids of most ages. Dark with lots of blacklights for the florescent painting throughout. There were many staff on hand, and the snacks looked better than most for places like Chuck e Cheese or bowling. Parking was not ideal once the main lot got filled, but it seemed like congestion inside was minimal. I would say this is a nice place to go. However, I didn't get details on costs while here for party's. individual costs might be a bit high for just a family day instead of a special occasion.
