Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
I really like this place, and I have been coming here since it opened, but I see the decline in cleanliness. I brought this to the attention of the people who worked here, and nothing has been cleaned or done about it.nnIt seems like they have a lot of kids working here instead of adults. This place makes too much money for it not to be cleaned properly. I would even be interested in finding out when the last time they cleaned their ball pit or wiped down their jungle gym area for the kids. But from the looks of these pictures, I just took, clearly nothing has been done. I brought the balls in the ball pit several times on different occasions to the attention of the staff and those same balls just keep ending up being thrown in the pit. Now when I take my daughter to the pit, and stand inside the ball pit, you feel stuff at the bottom that you shouldn’t.nnI really love this place and I hope that the owners spend the money to keep it up to par.nnThanks for reading.
My kids love coming here.nnIt’s great that the attractions are slightly different here than from another local trampoline park we frequent.nnI did do Platinum passes for both my daughters and also added the parent pass for myself and girlfriend.nnThe indoors can be a little chaotic at times.nnThe chips & popcorn have been decent, the in house pizza is absolutely garbage and my daughters will not touch it. They get a slice a day with their passes and they won’t even use it.nnI’m happy they have something to keep the kids active out of the house and mostly off a screen.nnThey recently added an arcade section that’s nothing but a money grab. It’s of course extra and nothing from the arcade is currently available for monthly subscribers.
Disappointed in Urban Air. The self service ticket area didn’t work. The general ticket area needs lines on the ground so it’s not a hodgepodge of guests.nnThere were no cubbies to put shoes, so there are shoes lining every wall and underneath stairs. So dark and extremely loud. I feel for the kids working there as they will definitely have hearing issues.nnThe had very limited seats for parents to sit down. Definitely no massage chairs like I saw in an ad.nnThe food, although I didn’t have high expectations was a ridiculous wait. 15 minutes for a pretzel 🥨 with no cheese sauce or salt, as ordered. Hopefully they can work out these kinks sooner than later. They need to add some sound proofing too.nnAs for the activities that’s why I gave 2 stars. Not bad but again it’s so dark you can’t see much.
Love the atmosphere! My son enjoyed all rides, especially the trampolines. The food could be better as well as the line organization. Most often than not, kids cut the line and the attendant is not aware and doesn't know what to do. We got an annual pass and hope this area will improve with time. All in all we really like this place.
Pricey admission but the best indoor park ever! Too many great rides and play areas to name individually. It's as good as it looks ( six climbing walls! )our 7 year old grandchildren were able to try all attractions. You can do all the paperwork online.
