Stopped in with my boys and had a great time. Very clean, friendly staff. I love that there is a familiar face when we come. I like it’s not crowded during the week days.

Booked a private room for a 4yo birthday party and would highly recommend choosing any other place , especially for the price you pay and what “quality” you receive.nnOur party was booked for 5pm, and we walked into an empty gray “facility-feel” room at 5:10pm. I asked the host about the balloons and she immediately got an attitude. We paid for the balloons. If I knew there will be no balloons I’d have made sure to bring them myself , but when you pay for something you obviously expect it to be ready upon arrival?nOur host (I believe her name was Sugar) not only blew up 3 balloons ONLY while we watched her sit on her phone for most of the time while the kids played, but she also made everyone around feel uncomfortable with her energy and attitude. When I brought this up to the manager, I was told we weren’t the first to complain & that they are about to terminate this person - how can you still allow someone who clearly has no courtesy nor desire to host a party to be put out for such role?nnThose 3 balloons felt like a joke

Staff was very friendly and attentive. They have some different things here - tubes, rock climbing, ropes course. However, it's overall pretty small with a long wait for some of those unique things and very crowded, even on a Monday. Considering the high prices (we paid $53 for 1 hr for a family of 3), and that much of the short time was spent waiting for things, I wouldn't recommend it. It also smells like feet and BO. Ball pit had visible dirt on many of the balls as well as trash in it.

If I could give it zero starts I would… I had been here once before right after they opened and had a great time. However today was MUCH different…. you pay $26.99 per person for almost every one of the “extra” attractions to be closed/be rushed off of them or told by staff they’re “closed right now”. Not to mention all of the staff is under 18 and VERY unprofessional and/or rude. We saw ONE actual adult tonight who not only did NOTHING but also was on her phone with earbuds in the entire time. This place is overrun with teenagers whom their parents just drop off and let run WILD, hiding off in corners, playing on the KIDDIE playground, throwing ball pit ball at kids, cussing, running, etc. Everytime my kids tried to get on an attraction there were many other kids in the way, jumping on them, cutting them off, etc. Definitely a safety hazard… there were supposed to be staff members at every attraction but none of them had a single one… the one main attraction we were able to do was the ropes course, ONCE, because the staff do absolutely nothing, they close attractions at their convenience to go sit in the back, corners, or front desk to be on their phones. The ONE adult also did nothing about this because she was also on her phone the entire night. Also when we were getting on the ropes course we were told to “shush” and “be as quiet as possible” because one of the workers was hiding and SLEEPING on the stairs leading up to it. Then when in line for the rock walls we were told “you need to come back later, I’m done letting people on for now”. Not only this but one of the BIG main trampoline airbag attraction was shut down. Every time we tried to go on the zip line it was closed with workers just standing around complaining about the kids asking to go on it. The KIDS couldn’t enjoy the playground for 9 and under because giant teenagers were hiding and running around in it the entire time and not once was anything said. To say I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED would be an understatement, I would NOT recommend wasting your money to come here, especially on a weekend.

My grandson's birthday was hosted here. We had such a sweet lady that helped us with the party. She had an amazing bubbly personality. The layout of the facility is really nice. My only qualm is it could be much cleaner. The carpet was gross and the ball pit balls, some had mold on them.
