Great place for kids to play indoor. They have staff monitoring kids. Multiple play area that you don’t notice the crowd. They also have rooms that can be reserved for birthdays parties. They sell food and drinks.
We visited Urban Air today and all I can say is the staff was pleasant. I want to spotlight Bobby and Ray for assisting us from the moment we walked in the door. We sat at one of the party tables in the back part areas and it was constantly being cleaned for the next party. The customer service reps at the cafe were pleasant as well. All I can say is that we will be back, soon. Thank you, Bobby and Ray!
Deonte was our party host. He was great! Attentive, friendly, helpful. He made it so easy for us to just be able to enjoy our daughters birthday celebration. I'd give him 10 stars and will request him again next year.
Kamaz is one of the staff members. He was awesome! Answered any questions and is great with the kids. Never saw him standing around constantly cleaning and surveying the areas.
Went on a Friday, it was fun for the kids! I definitely would suggest Friday. They close at 9 on Fridays ! It’s definitely less crowded than Saturday and Sunday!
