Urban Air is such a cool place for kids to hangout it has various activities for your kids. They will have such a good time. But I really encourage you not to go during the weekend preferably in the week since it gets really packed. Try not to get food from this place ngl the pizza is not the best. But if you do want pizza go to the dominos right across the street. And I once had a party here and it was horrible the food came late. They staff promised me some balloons for decoration and they only gave me 3 and not the colors I choose.

Party here and it’s been awesome. The staff was helpful and Ethan was friendly and attentive. The kids love all the great things to do like rock climbing, zip lining, and the ball pit. In addition, the food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Overall great place for family fun!

FANTASTIC!!! having the private room was definitely a great idea. The cost was not awful at all & well worth the money. The kids had a blast, the parents werent frazzled. Tons of very helpful staff EVERYWHERE... the attendant in our room was so sweet & helpful, i wish i could remember her name she was awesome & anticipated anything we could want or need. The pizza and wings were good, not frozen food tasting at all, very fresh & hot. The follow up leading up to the party was stellar. Awesome comminication not a glitch. Also.. this place is clean... like SUPER clean. The restrooms, play areas, rooms.. perfectly clean. Highly recommend
Disorganized, packed and chaotic. The place is poorly managed. The line for the rock climbing obstacle course took us over 30 minutes for 1 kid only. Kids that had expired bracelets were allowed into the activities, which leads to overcrowded areas.nThe employees are high schoolers with no adults in charge.
Awesome. This place has everything that any child and teenager wants to do. Excellent atmosphere, good exercise for all ages, especially teenagers and kids in general. We were there from 4 pm to almost 8 pm. Great for a birthday party and great for spending energy in a healthy and happy way. 100 % recommended. Great attraction and good memories, you will be able to take incredible photos. Enjoy!
