We had a membership for a long time and then was paying but not coming.. my kids wanted to go back and it was nice.. but the price was crazy compared to just having a membership but then you pay without going 
nWe paid a year without going.. finally cancelled it and of course my kids wanted to go..nthe one time ticket i feel is very pricey!nnBut kids enjoyed it!nI wish they had chairs that had backs to sit more comfortable while your kids play!

Overall idea and concept is perfect, especially in this area. However, you can tell from the benches you sit on, the food offered and overall cleanliness- this place was done on very low budget. It’s a very very FILTHY place, and definitely won’t be going back to take the kiddos to play. The equipment it old and ragged, the ball pit area had mold growing on the balls. The mats in the toddler area were sticky and super dirty. It was hot and not much ventilation. Overall highly disappointed. Pickle ball courts looked nice from the road, but not sure how they are playing. I would definitely not recommend.
I went with my cousins and grandparents that were visiting for the break and we had a great time! All of the attractions were very fun and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I accidentally spilled my coffee (so embarrassing) and they helped me clean it up and didn’t make me feel bad about it. Overall, I would highly recommend this park as it is obvious that it is well-managed and customer service is top-notch.
I brought my daughter here recently and she had the time of her life. When we walked in the staff were very quick to say hello and help us. The entire time the staff was very approachable and helpful. Every single attraction is amazing and visiting urban air was worth every single penny we spent on it.
This place is very fun and good for the kiddos! Both of my kids enjoyed it and had fun. The staff was great and very helpful. Our experience at urban air was wonderful and I would recommend anyone go who has kids.
