My family and I visited Urban Air for the first time yesterday. We had an incredible time. The facility offers many different attractions and the wonderful customer service was the icing on the cake. A BIG shout-out to Lucas at front desk, Slevin in climbing area, and Jaycie at food/concession stand. They were amazing. We are happy with our experience at this location and we will DEFINITELY be back!!!
Dirty. So incredibly dirty. I’ve been here three times to include a week day and a weekend and it’s always been the same. It doesn’t look like it is ever thoroughly cleaned. There’s built up grime and dust in all the corners of the jungle gym climbing area and black grime on the balls in the ball pit/obstacle course.nThe staff has been mostly good until I had to ask 3 different staff members why the obstacle course was closed when finally they opened it.nThe value of the monthly unlimited pass is great but I’m finding it harder to justify going when I feel so gross every time I leave there.
Urban Air is always really fun whenever we go here and I realized that the president at the front desk is always really nice whenever we try to talk to him. The laser tag is always really intense and I feel like it's always just more fun than any other laser tag because on your laser tag gun it shows you your name, your stats, and the amount of ammo you have left before you have to recharge. So overall it's just a really good experience.
Loved it! We came for a birthday party and it was wild. Ziplines, rock climbing walls, trampolines, ninja warrior style obstacles, Go carts & more! So much fun!
My son had THE BEST birthday here at Urban Air! Everyone was so hospitable and friendly. Everyone in the party had a great time too, including the parents. I highly recommend renting a room for any of your future parties! Thank you Jakira and Alora for being so helpful and accommodating! This is my children’s favorite place to play, so we will always be back! Get the membership too!
