We had my sons birthday party here. It was great! The pricing was very reasonable for 2 hours! our party host was Riggs and he was Amazing ! He was super nice and sweet! I loved the breakdown and transparency right before paying so u know exactly what you are being charged.
The service was wonderful! The kids had such a great time. We saw a kid got scare playing at one of the games that is walking high above on a bar. The staff went and walked her out of that game patiently and slowly. Amazing staff serving our party table too. Very well organized.
This place is awesome especially after recent innovation! It’s spacious and clean. Price is alittle high but it’s worth it. Perfect for younger kids. Gets really busy on the weekend, but there are enough staff to keep the place running and everyone safe.
Sam was a great manager at urban air he is one of the best managers then all the other unban air I been to he is very kind and welling to make sure his customers are happy and Sam is very respectful and supportive about his customers and thank you Dakota was my party host he was always coming to the table to make sure everybody and the birthday girl was ok thank you Sam and Dakota y’all was the best keep up the good work
