Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This place is AMAZING!! First time here as we don’t have this in Hawaii…my kiddos love this place!! So many things to do! From the enormous ball pit with obstacles to the trampolines, to the foam pit to the rock climbing and so much more! I highly recommend taking your kiddos here for a full days of fun! The food is great and staff are friendly!

This is my first time at this location. We wanted to try a new one since the last couple ones we had not so great experiences at. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Gilbert at this location. I can honestly say from a customer standpoint he is the shining example of what a manager is supposed to be. He was the first manager I made contact with when I had an issue and that is no wonder as he was constantly bustling around making sure everything was taken care of as far as parties and staff needs as well as individual parents . He resolved my issue quickly and with extraordinary conflict resolution skills. He is tentative and fair, hardworking , and seemed to genuinely care about this establishment and the needs of each individual to include the children. We decided right there on the spot that this is where we wanted to have our nephews birthday party. We quickly put down a deposit and picked a date. We are so excited to return to the urban air on Bandera for the birthday party. I will also be reaching out to corporate to make sure that Gilbert is recognized for his extraordinary work ethic. If you are considering visiting an urban air, I would consider the one on Bandera. Kudos to a fantastic Manager had a great establishment! We will keep coming back!

most unsafe place to take your kids,all they care about is how much money they make ,they dont care about safety standards,they have a bunch of teenagers who don’t care about anything they just walk around with headphones on and their hands in their pockets, and when I brought up concerns about safety they just said if i didn’t like it i can leave.they have one person supervising areas of almost 50 kids. dont get me wrong ive had great experiences here,but when its not busy,because when its busy if the manager is not on the floor that place is chaos,the staff does not care,my 9 year old daughter got elbowed in the face by some teenagers horse playing,wrestling and throwing punches on the trampoline and the staff members response was next time she should be more careful but they can get me some ice if i want,unacceptable

Apparently, some poor kid was having a great time... but threw up on the safety netting of the jump attraction where the kids jump over a moving pole. I told the oldest employee I could find, who was probably 12 years old... she didn't seem to care much. I told the girl running the station... she apparently didn't care much either. I'm guessing about 15 kids touched or jumped into the puke before we left. How about the owners hire at least one adult to manage this place. The girl at the front counter was more concerned with talking to someone in her earbuds than dealing with the incoming customers. We're going to Ground Control from now on.
