Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Came here because I had some coupons from a party we attended, mom brain and I forgot a coupon Lilah was such an absolute blessing not only did she honor my coupon but she made my girls experience and time there such a blast! Thanks to Lilah were able to make memories as a family on a budget and I’m grateful for that. The foods a little pricey and not bad definitely convenient but fast service. It’s a very chill environment parents can do homework or watch tv there’s phone charging stations and tables to work from. Keep the kids busy for a while and relax this place is a must!
What happened to this place? It is literally falling apart and so dirty. This place is in desperate need of maintenance, upgrades and safety improvements. Certainly not worth the admission price considering these issues and attractions that are closed. This is our last visit here. Our family will be going elsewhere in the future. I hope they fix these issues soon so we can return.
Came for my son’s 5th birthday. It was a weekday so not many other children where there. The staff member Joe was absolutely amazing. He was playing with the kids and being so goofy so they would laugh and enjoy. He truly made this trip worth it!!
Let me tell you something! GM Rylan is a super star! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! I promise you, if you have a birthday party at Urban Air near North Star Mall, you will not regret it! Plus, your kiddos will wear themselves out and most likely sleep all night! Owners, Michele and Paul are amazing and great customer service starts with great owners! Thank you for a memorable birthday for my grandson, Graidon!
There for an informal get together. This location is small, poorly run due to all teen age staff, visibly dirty in a high contact type of play, so much was broken it was concerning if the harness required rides are safe or the staff is sufficiently trained as I watched one child in the climbing area whose harness kept falling off or the freyed cut off rope whiz by for the sky rider ride. And the ball pit, the balls are so old and dented, the ability to break impact is questionable and we are back at questionable sanitation since balls appear old. If I thought a complaint registered would yield a positive outcome I would have brought it to the establishments attention, I have a sneaking suspicion, many complaints have been made, issues are long term neglect. However, I don't try to deal with serious issues of safety/sanitation with children, especially when wearing house shoes.
