Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This was the last place I celebrated my birthday. My niece wanted to come here so bad with that I couldn’t resist! I love these places because they literally bring the family together and make it a great experience. I go with my nephew and son to the one back at home, Dallas, I came to Galveston/Houston for my birthday celebration and my last day was June 14th and this was a great way to end my trip. We loved everything about the experience here. 5/5 ⭐️

It can seem overwhelming at first,but once you get comfortable with the place,it's great. I definitely wouldn't have a toddler party here though because just in MY opinion,it's alot harder to keep up with all those kids since it can get extremely packed. Attended my nephews birthday party here and must say it was fun for all ages of the kids(6 ranging up to 15)! My son loved the ball section and trampolines! OH and for future reference towards the staff,PLEASE make sure grown kids aren't taking up the kiddie section part...went into one section by the arcade and a gang of grown teens were just sitting on stuff and could care less when we approached..I swear generation's have changed...🤦‍♀️

Security could be better, but over all, this place absolutely rocked my kids's worlds. A bit pricey, but nothin' comes cheap these days, especially happiness.

Multiple attractions closed, no one gave us a heads up at checkin that multiple attractions on the deluxe pass are closed. We paid full price for access to 1/2 of the attractions. I understand maintenance and things broken, but they should let you know before you buy the tickets that at least 4 of the activities on the list can’t be used.

This place did absolutely nothing to help make my daughter’s birthday special. I kept having to chase our party host down, because he kept forgetting all of the basic things that were supposed to be included. If I hadn’t decorated her party room, then there wouldn’t have been any decorations at all.nnAll of our guests were confused about socks and wristbands because our host didn’t have them ready either. The socks, wristbands, drinks, balloons, table runner and tablecloth, utensils, and cake serving utensils were all missing, and it was nearly impossible to keep tracking him down to get everything together. He also completely screwed up the party schedule, and called everyone back so late to do presents that there was only about 3 minutes left in our time slot to do cake, so all of the parents were upset about having to rush through everything. His lack of organization was embarrassing.nnThen he kept hounding me for payment when it was time to wrap up. When I told the front desk attendant what happened, he didn’t care one bit. The only thing he cared about was trying to pressure me into giving up a huge tip when it wasn’t warranted. I spent nearly $500 for this party to be so incredibly disorganized and stressful.I am SO disappointed and angry!nnTo top it all off, the guy who rang me out offered to let my daughter try on a shirt to get the right size, and said we could pick whatever color she wanted when we found the right size. Apparently, that’s a lie, and the other employees and manager (Dianne Sampson) threw a huge fit about honoring his promises. Dianne was rude and cruel towards my daughter and I, with the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered. That’s what you get when you have a whole facility staffed with incompetent teenagers and a woman who acts like she hates children and their families! I absolutely will not be doing this again.
