Great birthday experience. I've been to Urban Air at a different location but this is the first time for a birthday here. This one seems to be a little bit smaller, but it's still a lot of fun for the kids and lots of activities! We would come back.
We come to urban air as members Atleast two or more times a week we have had several parties here. We love the staff the girl running the kitchen is the sweetest and the front desk knows my kids and are very warm and inviting to us. My kids can be a handful and I have a special needs child but they seem to handle us well. It’s always clean and the pizza is my favorite. We will be having another party in December here!!
We went for a birthday party and I have to praise the workers there. My son is special needs and one of the workers noticed that he was alone and wasn’t sure how to play the bumper cars. The young man got in a bumper car and started to play with my son and show him how to do it. He was very sweet and understanding and I am very grateful for his kindness.

Edit: I came during the glow party soooo thats why there were no lights. Place is still dirty tho 
nFriday 7pm night is not as packed as Spring location.This location is much smaller, so it is easier to keep track of where young kids are at. The only complaint is that there are no lights on. I'm not sure if it's because of the time or to hide the complaints of dirty mats 
. There were some people having to use their flashlights to see what they were doing. Ehh It could be a good thing to have no lights because they can't see what color band you have on, so you can just stay longer. They did seem to have an adequate amount of staff for front,concessions and parties. Constables are on sight as well, so that's a plus

The place was very colorful which I loved, but the party rooms were super small. Also, the place looks small on the outside due to the placement of this location, however; it is large on the inside. So, please be sure to keep track of your kids while you’re there.
