Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I give it four stars because the time I went even though My family and I had an amazing time, it still felt like it was missing something. Some of the attractions were busted or missing parts it didn't make them unsafe just made them unusable which is a big part of having an adventure park. My children enjoyed themselves, and I do plan to make my daughter's birthday party there in a few weeks, I hope this review will help fix the things that need fixing. I'm not here to bash this establishment, just bring awareness. We still had a blast just wish we could've enjoyed the price we paid. I'm not being entitled but for a family of 5 plus 1 it gets pricey and it would've been nice to get what I paid for. Again we created a memorable experience and I wanna thank the staff for that. We do plan on going again because everyone including myself got to enjoy the attractions as well. Thank you Urban Air and I hope this review helps you decide to have your child's birthday party there too.

I went with my grandkids 6, 12, 15, and 16 year old twins. There was something for all ages and it was a blast! They didn't stop playing, through the whole time we were there. They have a good variety of games, lots of fun!!

Kids had a blast; my 4yo's first time doing bumper cars.. so much fun for him and his sister!! Ball pits, trampolines and slides.. AND the pizza. Great service.

I had a party for my child and it was a terrible experience . The general manager Jose is very rude . He walked away from our conversation in front of his employees, like if he was a child . He lacks customer service skills and leadership. I was encourage by his employee to write this review. Apparently he is not a very good leader and gets away with a lot . I showed up to the party early to set up then I was instructed to wait with all my items by the corner until they were ready for me . I had no clue about the process because no one called me to give me instructions. The number that’s is provided when you call to leave a message apparently doesn’t work . Don’t bother to leave messages because they will never return your call . I tip 150 dollars extra to my waitress just for making a little bit better for me . I put in a complain to corporate no one has called me . Very unprofessional . At this point, they feel they can do whatever they want. The El Paso community lacks places for children and they know parents are going to spend their money no matter what . Stay away ! It was the a terrible experience and my child will never forget especially how The general manager Jose treated us .

It's a really cool place to come and have fun but the employees can be really rude. One employee stood out because he's one of the really nice ones. He was so nice my kids asked him for his name which is Jeremiah. They said they are no longer going to be serving complementary water and for $30 a kid water shouldn't be an issue.
