Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure park is the perfect place to let your family have fun! This indoor playground is great for the entire family. Take your birthday party to the next level or spend a day of fun with the family. Make sure to bring appropriate socks or you will need to purchase socks when you arrive. They do have food and drinks. The lines on the weekends for food and drinks are pretty long. Get there early to avoid the long lines or eat before you arrive.

We visited Urban Air for the first time on Saturday. There are several other similar indoor playscapes in the area, and I wouldn't say this is the cleanest. There were dirty balls and trash in the ball pits, ripped mats, and dust and dirt in all the cracks. I didn't see any workers cleaning the entire time we were there. On the website it says there is a dedicated area for kids 7 and under. This is definitely not maintained and there were bigger kids everywhere. I can see it being a fun place for teens because rules aren't enforced and bigger kids can push their way through on the trampolines and obstacle course. If you have younger kids and care about cleanliness, I would suggest another indoor playscape. The place was extremely packed on a Saturday around noon, almost to the point where it's hard to have fun. I would say that Urban Air should limit their number of guests for safety and a chance to keep things a little more sanitized.

Today is June 8th 2023. This location of 620 is so disappointing. My son has a monthly member ship so we come once a week. The last couple months I’ve been here there has been major safety issues that I brought to managers and I was honestly turned away and given several eye rolls. We came today and mostly everything is CLOSED except for trampolines. I took someone FINALLY GETTING HURT for them to FIX SAFETY ISSUES. They still opened today charging full price even though it’s mostly all under construction. This place is falling apart because of management and the KIDS running it. Employees are high school kids mostly with major attitude always on their phone. So upset do not waste your money. It was 30 dollars for my niece today.

Was just here on July 13, 2023 at around noon on a Sunday. Probably our third or fourth time here. Kids had fun, but this place looks like it’s on the verge of being shut down. If you look at the pictures, stuff is ripped and falling apart everywhere. It is dirty and dark. Lights were flickering or out, when we walked in, they have one light in the entrance area and it was out, so the whole area where you are checking in was dark/dim. There was a worker sitting up front with a black hoody on and the hood up, looking like they were not happy to be there. Saw her again over at the zip line area and no hoody this time, but same frown the whole time. Kind of a downer for the kids. And to really top it off - my five year old was trying to go to the bathroom and the seat of the toilet fell off and he landed on the ground. Given the state of disrepair, I should have seen it coming. So, just know that this likely is how the clean/sanitize, which is scary! I could keep going with the issues we encountered…I would not recommend this location. For your health and safety, take the kids somewhere else.

Of course my children loved coming here, it's a great energy burner however that doesn't make up for the severely neglected facility. We attended a party as guests yesterday afternoon and the experience was awful especially for the price the host had to pay. Party room 6 was the only room without air-conditioning, and happened to be the only room without parent chairs. The floors of the party room were absolutely disgusting, there was several spills that were left there for a lengthy amount of time considering they were dried goo. We couldn't allow any of our toddlers to touch the floor because it was severely neglected in terms of cleaning and sanitization. You could tell from the room, to the stairwells, to the actual amentities that cleaning was an absolute zero.nThere were trampoline areas that were open for jumping however should have been blocked off from use due to a leaking ceiling that they were using a trash can and towels to catch dripping water which was unsuccessful and extremely frustrating to deal with as parents in an overcrowded facility.
