Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This was a birthday party reservation which saved a lot of time. Once coming in you will have to fill out an electronic waiver form, for the guardian. You will add in all the kids under your guardianship to this and at the very bottom check off the I accept box. Hit done and complete waiver form and a receipt prints out to take to desk. If you are just coming for some fun you can do the form first or pay for the pass first. You can get a pair of Urban Air socks (they have some grip for balance going all over the place. Yes socks on at all times! Remind the kids not to run or throw the balls or foam pieces outside the play areas!nnWe enjoyed going through the whole facility before it hit 2pm then it gets packed. Even their pizza is great (it reminds me of a Domino’s Brooklyn style pizza) I will say it’s better than Chucky Cheese. They even have movies playing on flatscreen for the kids and the sports enthusiast. You can enjoy your sports and time with family & friend! If you want to do a private room book it early to bet the rush. They do boot fast and table that are in the open areas don’t have the privacy or security as a room.nnThey have massage chairs and an icee machines for that I’m on duty but I need a moment to myself experience. It was definitely worth the trip to get out and do something different.

This place is amazing! My family and I had a great time here for my son’s birthday! Our hostess Azaria was the absolute best! She was very knowledgeable and polite! Thanks again definitely recommend!

Had a birthday party reservation at this location aNd there was no wait time. Even though staff seemed busy still provided good service. Food was great and personal as well. The assistant manager javier made sure things were good at our table. Overall had a great experience and do recommend. My babies had fun surely enjoyed our time.

So glad I pick this location the customer service is excellent I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager and assistant manager jasmine and victor they were both so helpful get us in the door and off to the attractions at the end of or stay with meet Michael Blankenship and just wanted to say he is very caring and made sure me and my sons where taking care we will be returning again thank you guys for such a amazing experience

I had an incident where one of the employees made fun of my grandson's weight. Of course, she didn't know that he had a birth defect. But, that still was an unnecessary interaction with a child who was at the trampoline park to help with his weight issues.nThe issue was forwarded to the owners, and I got an apology. That was nice. Nonetheless, it didn't take away the sting of the event.nNow, let me add this...the other interactions were phenomenal. Everyone seems happy and eager to make your experience fun. I like the place and we even bought a membership. It would've been nice if they'd comped the remaining payments. Still, it's a great place to let the kids rip and run and make some new friends. I've even met some celebs there.
