READ CAREFULLY ! 👀👀👀👀nnThank you Urban Air !!!!!! 🔥🎉🥳🎂👏🏾nnFamilies and friends must be obligated to use Urban Air hosting birthday parties for kids under 12 yrs old and younger ! I promise you will NOT regret it ! 😌 The prices were a little pricey but worth every cent I promise. My sons table had everything what we need for 12 plus people !nnYou how it is when friends & family constantly asking …. Where The Food ?nHow long will we have to wait ? ….. Well ladies & gentlemen, how host was so splendid on her communication and we just waited 10 - 15 mins 😊 Waaay better then other facilities have you to wait 45 mins to an hour ! 🙌🏾nnAs you can see my Spider-Man ( birthday boy ) made plenty memorable moments, all my guest we’re happy, and looking forward to the next birthday party. 🥳🎂🎉nnThank you Urban Air !!!!!! 🔥🎉🥳🎂👏🏾
Out of about six people working there was probably only two you could find. All others were behind the staff only door. Asked for help but they never came. One started toward me and than went back in the staff room. Too busy playing and hanging out with each other. I guess working here is more fun for the employees than the guests. Wish I could work somewhere where they pay me to have fun. Stood at the concession for 15 minutes and no one ever came. Place was trashed. Tables dirty and sticky. Guess the can afford to pay for employees to have fun. Must be nice.
Oh my goodness! What a lovely location! It is clean, very safe and full of joy. All of the staff is excellent. Love the manager at the front desk who made it easy to use our complimentary birthday pass. They make checking in easy and all of the activities are colorful. My kids are loving it! The music is the icing on the cake and plenty of places for parents to chill. Married couples, bring your family because it is a date within bringing your kids here. You can relax or even bring your laptop to use the WI-FI and get some things done. AWESOME, 5 stars 🎉🥰
I came to urban air a few weeks ago, and we loved it. The staff was very professional, and had good communication skills, and the party hosts that we had was very polite. Keep up the good work guys
My little brother had fun. That’s probably it. My mom and I had the worst experience. We bought a combo and waited 40 minutes till we could eat. And I wanted to like the food since we were hungry, but I just couldn’t. It was not that good. The employees working at the kitchen and register were so rude. They’re teens and they had such a bad attitude when we were asking if we’d be getting our food soon. It completely ruined our experience there and we like coming here, the park is super fun to have parties at and hang out with family. But even just the way the employees treat people can completely ruin a place. Dealing with these people's attitudes are not worth it. Also, this place is never clean. We go to the bathrooms or the table where you eat and it’s never clean. This isn’t the first time we’ve come here so we know it’s not just this time. It’s just never clean. I really don’t want to eat in a place that’s this nasty.
