We took our granddaughter, got her the platinum pass so she could do everything. We were not charged. There is plenty of seating for the parents to watch the kids. The staff are mostly teenagers with good customer service skills and a good attitude. Good to see. 4/5 , not everything was operational but overall a fun visit.
Probably the best trampoline park I’ve been to. We had 3 hours of time opposed to the same price for only 90 minutes at another place. The trampolines were very fun and the rope course and zip line were very entertaining as well. Would definitely recommend.
This is a great indoor trampoline park. I was skeptical to be honest, if it would be okay for really young kids, and mine loved it. We did go though, at a time that was not during peak business hours so as to avoid older kids, so that also may have helped a bit. This place is a little bit pricey though. It also only has a small section for really little kids. Again, this is fine when you go during off peak hours, and possibly not so fine otherwise. Because of this, though it is a cool place, with young kids it probably won’t be a place I would go to more than once in a blue moon.
This place has gone downhill. It was filthy, absolutely filthy, I noticed a lot of the safety bumpers needed repaired. We arrived 30 min after they opened the bathrooms had obviously been ignored from the prior day. The staff at the front desk was nice, the others just stood around in groups on their phones. The inflated air bag on the upper level is a giant safety hazard, It wasn't as inflated as it should be there was enough room on the sides a smaller kid could get stuck and there was no staff up there supervising or paying attention to that. Garbage all over the floor. It was very unfortunate to see how lazy the staff has gotten. 
We got the month to month membership, so worth it!!!! I do wish they had a flat yearly one. My kids absolutely love coming here! Its a great way for us to get out if the house regardless of the weather. Get their energy out, and within 10 minutes of getting in the car theyre all passed out
