Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We had our son’s 7th birthday party here. Our party host Mia was awesome, we loved her. I usually feel like a chicken with my head cut off during birthday parties but Mia took care of EVERYTHING, from the pizza to the cake, she reminded me this was what she was there to do and all I needed to do was relax and enjoy the party. Granted there’s only a 2 hour “party period” we worked with the time slot and it worked. All the kids invited were able to stay as long as they wanted after our slot to play and that included everything they had the height requirements for. My son said his party was a 10/10, I would agree. Would definitely recommend and again, huge shout out to Mia!

Had my daughter’s bday here and had a blast. We had never been to Urban air and was pleasantly surprised. Spent a little over 4 hours here since after the party we are allowed to stay as long as we wanted. Jay was our host and he did a great job. Thank you for making this experience special!

My son loves to come here quite often. I say quite often because it is not very pricy for regular unlimited jump. They also have promos that they do that make the higher passes cheaper than the basic jump pass. They have all kinds of fun things for the kids to wear them out of their Never ending energy. I can sit and comfortably know that he is safe and having fun. They also have a table area with USB and plugs to charge your phone. We usually spend no more than 4 hours each time we come. The teenage staff is surprisingly mature, never had a bad encounter with any of the employees. Great fun place to take the kids. Highly recommend.

What a great place for all ages. My family had a blast and were there for a birthday party. It was a bit loud, but only to hide how much fun everyone was having.

Why have we not come here before now? We just became platinum members as a gift for my 11yr olds birthday and we are super excited to keep coming back! There was so much to do it took a while just to walk around and get our bearings. The whole place was super clean (I even watched an employee cleaning all the chairs and tables thoroughly while we were there), the restrooms were spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. For the price of membership, you can't beat it! I love that you also provide a slice of pizza and snack with each membership, which makes being able to come and stay a long time more feasible! The only complaint I have, and it's really grasping at straws, is the website is not user friendly. It took me a long time to find out the fine print about the membership packages and then there was an issue with designating each membership to each person, but it was fixed within 24 hours and all was well. Thank you, Urban Air, for not only MAKING my son's birthday yesterday, but also giving us a place in the a/c to have fun together as a family! We already can't wait to come back!
