Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
We recently visited Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park for a birthday party, and it was a fantastic experience. The place offers a wide array of activities for kids like jumping, zip-lining, and climbing. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, along with the availability of family restrooms, was a plus.nnOne standout feature was that the wristbands for the birthday party didn’t come with a time limit. This allowed us to enjoy the day without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a great place for a birthday celebration, and we highly recommend it for a day of fun and adventure.
Funtime at Urban Air, kids have a blast every time we come here! This location is convenient and staff are friendly and helpful!nMy kids got the platinum pass, which it allows you to play on all attractions like Zip line,VR, and climbing area! Fun for all ages 😊
Very poor management. Our party was for noon as well as many others and they said they would open the door at 11:45 so we could set up and be ready for guests at noon. Well at 11:45 they were 20 or 30 of us out front and they wouldn’t let us in because they booked a private party. My daughter booked a private room this time and we walked in and none of the rooms were marked with names or set up properly, or not set up at all no organization at all. Similar experience as below kids running wild everywhere almost running into my granddaughter and hurting her and all the employees were standing around, gossiping with each other, and not paying attention at all. I asked our server and supposedly there was a manager on site, but he certainly wasn’t managing anything. Our server Iyona was very nice and apologetic for all of the problems and really helped make our event a success. like the below review, the kids loved everything and didn’t notice any of the problems they were having too much fun. To the owner you need to get a couple of managers who know what they’re doing before some child gets hurt.
Well, let’s start from the time we got there. The staff in the front has no knowledge on membership or just didn’t care. All they said is you can go online to get information. So I did and of course signed up for the membership. All the staff was in the corner hanging out so there was no one walking around. The eating area was disgusting and the pizza was really cold. The whole facility was dirty. You can tell there is no up keep or the facility. By the trampolines there was garbage everywhere. So sad that the place looks so bad but has so much potential b clearly it needs new management and staff. As fast as I signed up for the membership I will be canceling it as well.
Dirty, unmaintained, safety hazards, understaffed, and rude/lazy employees... cancelling our pass. Years ago, this place used to be Joey's Outback Adventures. Back then, it was family owned, clean, well-maintained, and the employees were friendly & did their jobs. Ever since Urban Air bought it, it has slowly gone downhill... but within the past year, it's become a complete dump.nnNow, it's FILTHY; you can tell nobody ever cleans the place. The trampolines & other structures are not maintained; my son & his friends have discovered multiple safety hazards... I wish I had taken pics so I could post them. It's never adequately staffed, and the employees who are there are so unfriendly; they don't smile, they have attitudes, and they spend more time talking to each other & walking around aimlessly than they do actually doing their jobs. They also play explicit music that isn't appropriate for a place geared towards children.nnThere's an attraction that hasn't been in operation for over a year. I saw another review point this out & management replied that no attraction is closed; that they're just removing VR & adding bumper cars. There IS a section/activity that has been closed for over a year... the one with the spinning poles that the kids have to dodge. It's never open/running anymore. VR has been gone for the longest, too, but there has been no sign of any kind of installation of anything at all. We used to love this place... so much so that we bought a monthly pass. Now, I'm cancelling our pass, and we're switching to another trampoline park.
