Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Urban Air Trussville was the perfect place for my son’s birthday party. Our party host Niya was so sweet and helpful. The park is clean and they have better attractions than some of the other trampoline parks. The party room was very spacious too so it made it easy to decorate! I would definitely recommend coming to this location.
Went at 1pm on a Saturday. Wasnt too crowded. Staff was effective. Everyone had a good time. The expert trampoline is missing a lot of springs. A lot of birthdays going on but didnt overcrowd anything.
We had a great weekend ☺️ celebrating our granddaughter birthday party. The children enjoyed the ski line and all the trampolines.
Brought our 16 month old Granddaughter and she Loved it, but a LOT of 9-12 kids (boys & girls) running and nearly hitting her Multiple Times! Parents are Absent, so older kids were playing in the Under 5/Under 7 area, so she could hardly play before the older kids were knocking her over or running into her, jumping and not paying attention to the other kids & making it hard to enjoy our time. The employees tried to get them in line but the kids didn't listen to them or care about anything other than themselves.
My son had a doctor's appointment close by, so we decided to go afterwards. The park was clean and in decent shape. The biggest complaint was that half the arcade games didn't work. We also were unable to purchase and drinks while there. I understand the Cafe not being open during slow times, but you should be able to purchase a bottle of water through the front desk. Kids jumping and playing for 2-3 hours without water isn't good. We did inquire about purchasing some 20oz. drinks from the girl at the front desk. She just said the Cafe was closed and she had no way to ring up the drinks.
