Il this place was amazing for both my kids birthdays. I had two birthdays parties here for my kids a month a part and I was VERY happy and pleased with everything. Erin the party coordinator is very responsive and helpful, communicated with me prior and confirmed everything and while the event was taking place. Jisselle was my host and was the best! By the end of it I felt like She was a part of my party and not just my Host. Great for all kids ages and reasonably priced for what you get ! Thank you all.
When I bought the tickets they didn't tell us that 3 areas were closed for maintenance (ultimate attraction, deluxe attraction and VR)- the price is not worth it. The staff was cleaning the trampolines while the children jumped, they occupied half the area with cables and cleaning elements, the children were among the cables and they were the ones who warned you of the danger. We couldn't get in at times because it was crowed , it wasn't nice to wait for it to be safe and jump . Some of the rides didn't have staff to run them so you had to find someone to help you with the game (a waste of time). And the worst thing was finding mold in the drinking fountain that is close to the bathrooms, please don't drink water from there!! … zero in maintenance and cleaning planning, zero in safety, zero in customer service, zero in cleaning - and expensive

This is such a great place to take your kids. I have a nine and a 10 year old and friends and they had a great time! They liked the food and it was clean. Employees are mostly high school kids maybe a little older but very nice and helpful. Great place for moms to sit chitchat and kiddos to enjoy !nI didn’t pay for myself and my friend just kids plus food. Prices are not bad but I do recommend singing the waiver online instead of there to save time. We went on a Monday and summer but not crazy no lines
My 3 little ones love coming to urban air. We have the platinum membership. You get a free slice of pizza and a snack at each visit. The staff is so friendly. They are always so nice and helpful. They are very attentive as well which I love! The bathrooms are always clean. It’s a great kid friendly atmosphere.
This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Things were pretty organized (considering the amount of little ones running around) I did have an issue with a couple of things that I didn't receive that were supposed to be included with my party and even though I didn't really realize it until after the party (when looking at my receipt); when I brought it to the staff's attention, they immediately made it right by providing the missing items (party favors etc.) The overall experience was great. Even the extra food that was ordered came out pretty fast. My 9 year old had several choices and after visiting this place and walking around for a bit, we both knew this was it. The fact that my 14y.o. was able to play as well was a huge bonus. This place is great for all ages. Overall, I definitely would recommend this place.
