Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
I tried booking for a birthday party but the date I would've liked was booked up for the birthday parties. So my family and I just went up there and we still had a lot of fun. Lol it came out cheaper than booking a birthday party. My daughter enjoyed her self. The price is reasonable. It's something to do for all ages. It was very fun.
30$ per kid he played from 4pm-8pm bc they were closing it was a week day so not a lot of kids his age but once he found someone to play he had a Blast, pizza was good, employees your very nice, bathroom were clean. we couldn't find anyone to open the slide section for him. That's the only thing we didn't like. Some areas are closed, other than that all good
We had a blast at Urban Air! Had never been to a trampoline park but it blew away my expectations. They are right to call it an indoor amusement park! There was so much to do and the little ones tired themselves out jumping with joy.nnThe cafe made for a great pause with ice cream and icees and some delightful food options like wings, pizza, and chicken tenders.nnWe will definitely be back! Not even for just for the kids but for ourselves.
There are a lot of things to love about this place. The floor plan is really thought out. It's not as massive and spread out like, Elev8 for example, which can make it hard to keep track of your kiddos. Everything was new and kudos to the noticable and convenient hand sanitizer stations and trash cans everywhere. I was impressed by lots of places to sit. There is just enough trampoline area without making it the only center of attention. The zipline was great, the bumper cars were fun to watch and the VR area was a blast for those gamer enthusiasts.nHere are the negatives. The AC wasn't efficient. My son was drenched in sweat, and he wasn't the only one...it just wasn't comfortable. AT ALL.nAlso, it would also be nice if they sanitized those VR headsets after use, I thought about all of the sweaty heads that were on it before my son, and the sweat that he'd leave behind. Last, their website needs a little more details in relation to their different 'ticket options'. It also mentioned an arcade but there wasn't one. As I'm sure with any new establishment, these little tweaks will hopefully be ironed out. This place isn't cheap, so I had expectations.nWe would return, only if that AC runs better!
Visited this morning for the grand opening. We had a blast! Just a couple things.nn1. Before you go, sign up online and fill out the waiver. This will save you time and confusion later.nWhen you get there they can just look you up by phone number.nn2. I wish they would just ring you up instead of doing it ourselves. We had to purchase the tickets on our own phone.nn3. The customer service in the front was great. 👍nn4. The attendants of the rides are nice and make sure your secured in.nn5. Lots of employees around in case you have questions.nn5. Clean bathrooms.nn6. Only 2 arcade games. Would love to see more arcade games.nn7. 17.99 monthly platinum pass is the best deal. They can go on all the attractions.nn8. Plenty of seats.nnLots of fun 😀 👍
