Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
I visited urban air on 12/7/23 for my daughters birthday. My first time at this location and will be my last. To start off the manger who was interviewing teens seem very racist and he wasn’t welcoming at all. He behaved as if he owned the place. The bathroom was very nasty. There was no seat covers and there was trash all over the bathroom. I can tell the bathrooms hasn’t been cleaned all day. On top of it, the place is very dirty. I saw wires hanging when I looked up. They also had no hand sanitizer in sight. I sent $99 and wasted my money. This Place needs a make over, cleaning services and better customer service skills. I will never return to this location. The Willow grow location is much better!!
Went for a last minute date night on a Friday during glow night. It was fun but not worth the price. We got there an hour before closing and it was still full price which was ~$35pp.nnKids were pretty well behaved and considerate. Staff were as helpful as you expect teenagers to be. We'd love to go back but might need to wait for a coupon or something 😬
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with our extended family here. This place is nice for kids under 12 years and elders can have some fun as well. Staff is nice and friendly and our kids had lot of fun. I would definitely recommend it for any family parties or group events. We got out booking very late but I recommend others to do your booking in advance if you want a separate room for your event.
Im giving this place 2 stars because my son was not affected by the mess that happened behind the scenes. He had an amazing time and loved jumping and doing the different activities. However, as a parent, it was extremely disorganized and some staff were unprofessional. The manager Brian was extremely rude, he wouldn’t talk to me and seemed racist by his attitude, him ignoring me and not answering my questions. Although I received rude costumer service from Brian, the other manager Zamir was nicer as he showed more kindness and consideration. All of the staff were in different pages; the party coordinator woman I spoke on the phone with about my son birthday party told me one thing while the staff in the facility told me another. It’s frustrating because I spent a big buck for my son birthday party and I expected them to be more organized. My party hostess Jena was polite, she was helpful and wanted to make sure we understood what was miscommunicated. Zamir, the manager was also polite and accommodating, his communication was on point, he answered all my questions and also made sure I understood what was miscommunicated. However, the place appeared clean and I’d bring my son back for a fun time.nnIf you have a party event, I’d recommend writing down all names, and to make sure the team members are on the same page because every team member was confused and I was only trying to get clarity on what was going on. Although it was unorganized, the manager was accommodating. However, he didn’t want me to know his name, when I called him, he responded, “how did you figure out my name” I told him it was written down on the wall along with party host name.
We had a great time there. Customer Service was great. Our attendee Jayla was very attentive and very pleasant. She made our experience there very joyful. Thank younThe Hairston's
