Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

To the staff at Urban Air thank you so much ! Management was great food came out hot ! Server Sarah was so so sweet ! The staff is tentative professional and personable:) I had my son’s 7th birthday here. It was a success!!! No head aces . The room we reserved was clean and spacious and right next to the kitchen allowed the staff to deliver speedy service and they did an outstanding job with all of our guest! Big party !!!! It was Dinotastic!!!! We needed game cards ! They made it happen !! It was extremely busy and our party guest were satisfied with all the food and apps. Forget about the mess after the fun. We cleared out and they were happy to clean up the balloons and ext. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a one stop spot and smooth no headache event for a birthday. My only recommendation is to be organized like I did with bins and allow your self time to set up! And remember to have fun! & your Never to big to jump! To the staff at urban air THANK YOU!!!!! Took my three grandchildren here ages 8,10, and 13. They had a blast. We stayed 3 hours and would have stayed longer if I had let them. There is definitely something for everyone there. We did the ultimate passes so they could try everything.

Great place to go and have some fun with the kiddos for the day. So much to do, warm and out of the weather, and safe inside. Great birthday party location as well.

1st time visit. We were so impressed by the staff! One young lady offered to go with my 5yr old autistic grandson while he tried to climb. It ended up that he didn't want to do any of it but she stayed with him through it all. It was her 1st day on the job!nnLater we were playing on the slides and Casey (or Cassy, sorry) helped with an eye for him as he kept going out different exits and I had a hard time keeping up with him.nnAt one point he did try to get to an area we had not visited and not only Casey helped but Guy stepped in and jumped next to our little one while I made my way to him.nnAmazing employees. Thanks

Place a good variety of things to do. The trampolines is a favorite bit my favorite is the Zipline. I could do that all day long. The only thing I'm not fond of is walking around in socks . This place has plenty of snacks food and resting areas for us adults. Price point is not too bad at all . You can spend hours here plus having a birthday party is a must. Keep the kids occupied and feed. Ounce your done take the kids home and they will pass out in the car before you get of the parking lot.
