Celebrated my daughter's birthday here. I got a private room. It was great that you can bring your own decorations but 15 minutes may not be enough time to set up. I dropped off the decorations ahead of time and the room wasn't ready on time but that was fine. I actually thought the room was small but when I got into the space it was really a decent size. Our party helper was good and they did ask if we needed anything throughout the party. The pizza was just ok, but the kids ate it. The chicken tenders were kind of burnt and not really up to par for the price. That gets a thumbs down 👎. Other than that, the kids really enjoyed themselves and had so much fun there. Definitely a great spot for kid parties!! Acknowledgement to The Cake Lovers for an awesome cake and cupcakes. Would recommend them as well.
One thing is certain, the kids had a blast. However, customer service needs help. Some stations don't have attendants and if you wait, you'll wait a while until you go get someone to assist you. The service is extremely slow. Some tables were still dirty. For the amount you are paying , you should expect better service.
Have been coming here for couple of years, even celebrated that little one's birthday there once. The service has always been to standard. And though it offers alot to do; the equipment is definitely showing some tare and ware.
Great place! Lots of different activities: trampolines, rock climbing, pillars, zip lines, climbing in the air, ball pits, rings to climb and swings and slides. They sell sone snacks and drinks and slushiest. There are places for shoes because they give each person a pair of socks the bathrooms are decently clean. The staff is excellent and helpful and patient. Maya ran the whole place and activities and explained all the rules clearly. This was a school trip with kids from middle school and Hugh school, and there were plenty of activities for all. They have tables for eating as well.
This was my very first visit to the Plantation Urban Air and boy was I disappointed. After such great experiences at the Coral Springs location, I wondered if I was even at an Urban Air. Several attractions did not work, they were understaffed (the dodgeball area was left unattended several times throughout the day so there was a fight) and they only had pizza! The kids had fun, but as a parent paying nearly $40 per kid, it was totally not worth it. Those prices also keep out certain people. It's unaffordable for the average family in this economy. Very sad. I'm not going back.
