Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

The whole experience was awesome from beginning to end. We had a group of 24 people the store manager came and checked in on us made sure we were ok and didn't need anything. The kids really enjoyed themselves with so much to do. I definitely would go back.

I visited here with my family on Halloween 🎃 Day.nEntry was smooth and with no hassle.nThere were different packages for viewers, accompanying parents, deluxe, and ultimate.nI had a deluxe pass. I could enjoy everything. It was not crowded at all may be bcoz all kids went to trick or treating. 😄nZipline, wall climbing, rope course were good. There were assistants to help you and guide you. There were shops to buy items to eat and drink.nI didn't try the virtual reality part.nThere were restrooms in the side.nSocks were good.nIt is semi dark everywhere inside. Sometimes, it made me think of hygiene.

Have taken my kids to the other trampoline parks in Winston-Salem and this was best one yet! Clean facilities, friendly staff and so many fun activities for the kids to enjoy!nnEdit 11/22nWanted to update for parents looking for birthday parties, we did our this past weekend. Hands down best one we have had! We chose another facility back in September because reading a few of the reviews, I had reservations. Our party planner, Jacques, was amazing! Handled everything and I had absolutely nothing to do but enjoy our party ourselves! The fact they offer food here does help price wise rather than ordering outside food. If you do the platinum membership, you get discounts on food and children attending. As well as coming on rainy days and pizza and snack provided. It really does save money to join. And especially the staff. Each time we have visited, despite being busy, they all have been completely friendly and professional. From the staff greeting us at the door, to the workers working tirelessly at the Cafe, to the employees manning the attractions, have all been friendly and engaging.

We had our sons birthday party today 5/6/23 at noon and it was really great. I was really pleased with my party host. She was always around when I needed her even though we got a table and not a room. Amazing customer service. Everything was set up for me and very stress free. Do recommend booking here even though the reviews made me nervous! Excellent staff, excellent service. My son had a blast!

We had our son’s birthday party here. We got the “Deluxe in a private room”. It’s for 10 kids which INCLUDES yours. Zip lining was not in our package so it was an extra $30 per person if you choose to do it. It came with basic table cloth, napkins, plates waters for all the kids along with 2 pizzas and scratch off cards for all the kiddos as well. A pair of jump socks for each kid (10 max). We bought a few of our own decorations to add and they were fine with that. We also brought 48 cupcakes but we couldn’t bring chips or ice cream. They had a side table for the birthday kid to sit and open his presents in front of everyone. You get a flat screen TV to watch while the kids eat or play music during your party and a upright floor fan in case it gets too hot. Kids get to jump for 2 hours. Each area had a sign that said “Basic, Deluxe, Ultimate” etc…depending on the package you buy, that’s the area that you could stay in. They have a concession stand to get drinks, icees or snacks. You have a private hostess as well the whole time. Ours was very nice and attentive! Her name was Paris and I highly recommend her! The kids had an amazing time and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and answered questions that we had. Although it was a bit pricey (over $300), my son said it was the best birthday ever and that made it all worth it.☺️
