Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
We love coming here to run out some energy. Depending on what days and times you visit, you will have less wait times during weekdays before 5pm for sure unless it's a holiday. The zipline (usually has a line) goes around the perimeter of the whole space, it's cool.nIndoor sky dive I believe runs every 30mins or on the hour. 9yo and 11yo had lots of fun.nnWeekends can be overwhelming for some people, there can be loud music, neon lights, and loud kids, but that is to be expected. The food options are decent and they offer adult beverages (beer/wine). If you plan on visiting more than once a month, I would recommend a membership.
We went to visit rush hour go karting and accidentally saw this place.. it was on a weekend and it was crowded. Place is huge and so many activities..nnLots of birthday parties going on.. my son is 5 yrs and we felt he is underage… but there are things for him to do..nnIt’s very lively and older kids were having fun… kids can spend a lot of time here.. Many activities to do be involved in..nnOne thing I noticed is they are not providing sanitizer at each play area.. it would be good if they do that..
I took my 12, 6 and 3 year old here and they all had a ball. Pros: We got a great deal on tickets due to a promotion. There’s not a time limit on the tickets. This location is much larger and more spacious than the one in Raleigh. We went early on Saturday morning so it wasn’t crowded. They have unique experiences like the indoor skydiving and the glamour parlor which are both extra charges. Asia in the parlor was very sweet and patient giving my there year old a manicure. The robes are super cute. The princess themed party rooms are also cute. Their food court has an area for eating. They also have picnic tables through the whole area meaning there’s plenty of seating throughout.nnCons: based on height, my three year old could only go on the trampolines and the indoor play space, which she wasn’t interested in. My oldest went on the zipline but was nervous because the people hooking him in said things like “I hope this is how it goes” when putting on his gear. The skydiving experience is cool but less than a minute. You can’t purchase tickets for it online. The skydiving staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing . I think some of the staff in other areas could get more training in handling young children because they acted like them being there inconvenienced them. The VR was down but they did have signs at the front to advise of this.nnOverall, the experience was mostly positive. We had a great time and we’d go again.
Had our daughters 11th birthday here and they had the best time! A little pricey but there was so much to do and out party host was so helpful it made it worth the price. Kids went home wiped out and ready for bed and were still talking about all the fun they had the next day. I highly recommend having your bday party here! There are some hight restrictions, kids under 7-6 might not be able to do everything, definitely check the height requirements before booking!
We love this location! The staff could use a bit of customer service training, but we had a wonderful encounter with Josh! The virtual reality was down, but overall still had a great time! I wish we would have been given some sort of credit for our next visit. Will definitely be visiting again!
