Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
This place was great. It started with our party host, Dre, greeting us at the door. Dre is an amazing young man who made sure that everybody had a great time. There are so many things to do from a zip line to bumper cars and obstacle courses. All the activities are well organized, and safety is a high priority. Great place for a birthday party or just spending time having fun.
We had a birthday party there recently for my nine year old and Z. Ogbonna was our party host. She was great. She greeted everyone, got them out playing, gathered them at the right time for pizza and cake. She handled out the passing the cake and asked me how I wanted to handle that, meaning she could do it all, or I could cut and she could pass it out, or vice versa. We have a big birthdays for the kids in previous years (not here), so we’re familiar with lackluster party hosts, but she handled it and loved the party along very well. The kids had a blast on all the anusements and we left incredibly pleased.
Energy was good, kids was having fun. For me VR was the best first time trying it and would do it again. My only issue is finding a table to eat at cause a lot of people was just holding tables for hours and not even using it. I felt like it should be common courtesy to let others sit and eat if ur not using the table but it wasn’t I’m confident staff saw what was going on in the eating area and could care less. Overall had a good time.
I'll preface this review by saying my family lives very close to Galaxy Fun Park and have been going there for years. Decided to try Urban Air just to change things up a little bit for my daughter's slumber party. Before we even arrived the first thing I noticed was the extremely reasonable prices. There are 3 levels for passes with Platinum being the highest and most expensive after an online discount). That means the girls were able to ride on anything and everything they wanted. This was such a refreshing break from Galaxy where you had to add $6 here. $7 there. A bit more for golf......etc. You know what you're getting basically. It was also nice to know that a swarm of kids with the wrong colored wristbands wouldn't be barging in. Once inside we were quickly sorted and given socks. We took a pass on the lockers and found a quiet spot to tuck their shoes away near some others. For the next 2 hours my girls had a complete blast. All this time I assumed Urban Air was just another overpriced trampoline park but man was I wrong. The rock climbing, huge white ball pit, spin zone, and the thing where you're suspended from the ceiling like a roller coaster were their favorites. Biggest contrast to similar Fun Parks was that they were much less crowded, didn't have mini golf, or annoying arcade games that kids will always try to bleed you for. I will also say Urban Air seemed to be tailored more towards the older kids than say Galaxy or Defy Gravity. There are height restrictions here so we didn't see many toddlers. (They were in the huge jungle gym) We had a dinner RSVP so I had to literally drag them out of there. All of the staff we encountered were nice and helpful. If you come on a Saturday it will be busy so try and come on a weekday if you're able. We didn't visit the cafe so can't report on that. Can't wait for the next trip back.
We celebrate our daughter’s birthday here yesterday and definitely it was worth every penny. Since we arrive they were very attentive to us. Our host Kaitlyn was exceptional, very diligent and make sure everything was Ok. Pizza was good and kids have a blast. They enjoyed everything. I definitely recommend this place to have a birthday party.
