My kiddos had so much fun here. You could hear all the giggles, laughter and screaming. The place is very clean and kids friendly, which is an essential part of summer fun for our family.
Pre ordered tickets for me and my son. When I arrived, they were out of adult socks and said it would only be a few minutes. To make a long story short, it took over an hour which was very frustrating. It’s ok to not have everything ready but it’s never ok to over promise and under deliver. Being up front and honest about what you can/can’t do is the only way to conduct business in my opinion.
Lots of family's here 8/30/23 at 4pm. Website for all of us said 4-8pm. Door sign says 10-8. Totally closed. Kids are upset and crying. Really ridiculous honestly.
The place was crowded and the staff not regulating anything. Kids were breaking the rules left and right but there was no supervision. Certain wristbands limit where you can go but no one was controlling that so anyone could go anywhere. Too bad if you paid extra to get special access. The line for concessions was also very long and service was slow. I think they could benefit from better organization.

Very fun place to bring your kid(s)!nnThat said, the tube area for kids is in need of a serious deep cleaning, not just once but on an ongoing basis. Dust and trash in many areas.This was not dust or trash that accumulated in a day, there was significant accumulation in areas that were inaccessible to play, like underneath the mesh belt tubes. Some parts of the equipment in this area were also torn / damaged. It was very obvious that it hadn't been serviced in a while.nIf I see that it is clean during future visits, I'll happy update my review, but this was the case over multiple visits.
