I come here once a week with my kids, they have a membership, Everytime we visit some of the attractions are always closed, I’ve never seen them open not once, my membership comes with perks but Everytime I go get my kids snacks they never have nothing in stock, instead of making fresh popcorn or stocking up on chips , they cnt even replace my kids snacks with other things, like what am I paying for??? All the teenagers employees are always walking around talking never doing their jobs, can never supervise attractions , my kids like it here but EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS CLOSED!,I need a discount/ refund SOMETHING THIS PLACE SUCKS, waist of money!
The kids had a great time. I truly like the fact Lashanna was able to assist with my party. Very nice young lady she met us at the front before our party and escorted us to the area and she got the kids bracelet and sox.She was attentive to the group. The facility was clean the Pizza and Loaded fries were very good. Thanks for your help today and making this a success😊
Hands Down the Best indoor adventure park that I have been to most definitely in CT and probably in most of New England! The prices are phenomenal and they offered a 40% off summer Coupon! Register ahead online for speed. Zip line goes in a full 360• around the park. The staff was young adults and they added extra enthusiasm and vibe to the day. The design and theme of the Park is a very street-art feel and that also contributed to the appeal of it. We won’t be going to any of the other trampoline parks that we’ve been to as long as this one sticks around!
Great venue and lots to do. Kids loved it. In the premium package kids can be there all day, but it’s very overcrowded and the younger grandson was bullied by some other kids that wouldn’t let him by. Should have someone monitoring each area -as parents cannot hold other people’s kids accountable to “keep it moving”nnIt is more expensive than any other I’ve rented.nnPizza was delivered late and the food was mostly over-cooked.
So much fun! Had my son’s birthday party here and I can honestly say I got my money’s worth. The food was good and the place was clean. My party host, Juliana was great!(Ask for her!) Employees were friendly and helpful as well. It really would not have been a party without her. Thanks Urban Air!
