Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Took my kids on a weekend, they all had fun, but it appeared we went there late, there're plenty of activities that one should actually plan for a whole day. The food I cannot recommend, personally I didn't like, I only ate a piece of pizza and some fries because I was starving. Next time we will ensure we eat before going. The place is definitely 👍, and worthy it for the kids to jump around, and run around. Will plan another visit
Went to an event here early Sunday morning. This is a fun location with plenty to do. The staff is helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend...
I'd give it a 10 out of 10, My 8 year old grandson attended a birthday party there, he lost his mind. Never nit once while in the building did he ask for a device, WINNING.
Great party place for kids. Big space and lots of trampoline fun! Parking is a bit limited which the place needs to share with 2 other establishments, its not bad but on a weekend it does get a bit busy. But with the way party's are scheduled one group leaves and the next one arrives.nnSign up and check in is a breeze and you do need to sign a waiver. Employees are courteous and they try to keep the experience a pleasant one.nnA couple of complaints would be when the place gets packed, the air quality inside the place gets a little stuffy. When we were there it got so humid. With all these kids running and bouncing around air circulation could be better. Its not that uncomfortable but definetly on the brink.nnOverall, the kids had a good time and that is what counts.
I had a terrible experience at this kid indoor playground. Firstly, the food and chicken took over 30 minutes to arrive, and when they finally did, they were extremely dry. It was a disappointment.nnFurthermore, I tried playing a VR game and asked for assistance, but despite being told that someone would come, I waited for over 30 minutes without any help. The lack of support was frustrating.only one person can play VR, She said it's not fun at all, it's not as good as the VR bought at home.nnComparing this location to another one in Texas, it's clear that the quality here is much lower. The other location provided a better experience overall.nnTo make matters worse, I purchased a gift that could only be used for food and tickets, but not for video games. This restriction is puzzling and limits the options for kids to have fun.nnOverall, this kid indoor playground falls short in several areas, including food quality, customer service, and variety of activities for children. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements.
