Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Went here for a birthday party and the kids loved it . Location is a bit off and a little far from the central areas of NJ . Kids liked the mostly everything . Have been to other urban air location . Lots of activities for kids and usually they like it . They said that the pizza 🍕 was good here . Birthday party was good and well serviced by staffs. Lots of parking outside . Not much of wait time in ticket counters. Overall a good experience 🙏

I really enjoy brining my son here. He always has a great time jumping around and playing. We have a membership and come at least once a week.nnWhile I do enjoy this place there are 3 things that bother me when I come:nn1.The cleanliness of the place. When going in the kids play area there is always trash and dust inside. There never seems to be any effort being made into keeping that area clean.nn2.It is very difficult to find a staff member for assistance. While there are many employees, you can never seem to find one when you need one.nn3.There are 2 trampolines that allow only 1 child at a time on each. While I do understand the reasoning, there is constantly a line for this trampoline. It would be nice if it were timed in order to give the other children in like an opportunity as some kids abuse it and refuse to get off to let the next ones on.nnAside from those 3 things, my son enjoys coming here and is always excited to come and play.

My daughter and I loved this trampoline park. It’s spacious, and fun. It’s not just a regular trampoline park for kids, adults are welcome to enjoy themselves and relax. There are many different areas to explore such as the ball pits, arcades, mountain climb , basketball court and hikes. The experience with staff is somewhat satisfactory. Wait time is short no matter how crowded it gets. The food is expensive and there are certain areas that needs tweaking and organization such as the restroom among other areas. Overall it’s a very good experience.

Great place to bring the kids so they could have a good time and get tired. Lol The staff is very nice but could be better in watching the children on some of the more dangerous trampolines. Overall good place for the family.

I have been here many times and decided to have my daughter’s 9th birthday party here. On a Sunday at 4pm, our host Angel was extremely helpful and Andrew the manager made sure everything was up standard! I truly appreciate all the staff that assisted on making this a stress free day!
