Happy 7th Birthday Maddie @ UPTOWN JUNGLE...I would like to thank you ZACK, Manager on site and all the staff members. Especially Zack from his greeting me at the counter, introduction customer relations...professional from the beginning to the very end. My granddaughter said she had the best birthday at UPTOWN JUNGLE! As a Veteran who loves his granddaughter, he would do anything to see that beautiful smile...breathless memories! Thank you Zack for being a great host ambassador to my family and her friends! Highly recommend parents to this place for kids, you can thank me later! When you're stress free and relax I did. Everyone was great

Great for the price of $25/month unlimited. My kids are always happy coming here. They have crafts and games which are a great addition. However, this place is a little run down. I understand equipment can’t always be replaced, but it could be wiped down and trash could be picked up. Going through the tunnels kids just throw trash and who knows what everywhere.

My husband and I took our grandson to Uptown. We had to tag team play with him because because our energy levels don’t match his. We usually go in the morning: less crowded and they have a morning special for toddlers.nWe all had so much fun. He loved running around and playing on the trampolines, bounce house and the climbing walls.nStaff was very friendly during check in.nI would recommend utilizing the massage chairs toward the rear to re energize .nMy grandson had a great time.
My daughter loves uptown. It never gets old no matter how many times I take her. She’s made some great friendships there ! The workers are great. They know my daughter by her first name. Gavin is our favorite, he’s super helpful, seems like he really enjoys his job. He’s always ready to joke and play with my daughter. The workers have a ton of energy to keep up with all the little ones. Also, they put together great events! 
We took our 2 young daughters (2 1/2 and 1 1/2) to Uptown Jungle Fun Park this past weekend and they had the best time. We wanted to say that one employee there really stood out from the rest. Gavin Hollywood. Wow. What a kind and helpful person, Gavin was. Great energy this person had. We will be back just because he made our 1st experience at Uptown JFP a very memorable one. Gavin you will be amazing at what ever you choose to do in your young life. So go BIG!!!!nThanks Les, Nicole, Pi and Cakes.
