UPTOWN JUNGLE FUN PARK | Chandler, AZ

From the moment we entered, a nice young lady helped us and made sure the kids' excitement felt welcome. She did a great job managing their energy levels! The climbing section stood out to us, mainly because of the super-friendly staff. They cheered the kids on, making the experience enjoyable for everyone! A truly memorable outing!!

My kids love this place. Every time we visit my in-laws, they want to go there. Everything about this place is nice, including their prices. It's a decent size place, and it offers many options for the kids. You should definitely check it out.

Kim was so very helpful. Polite, friendly and seem to care very much about the kids. The place overall was fun, my 10 year old son had a great time. The best part for me was that if the adult wants to join it's 1/2 price and if they just want to let the kids play there is no cost. That sold us on the place. We were in town for a family death and needed a place for my son to forget about that for a little while and they were great.

This is a fun place. I really love the party options and the staff. I love the parents' chill room and the massage chairs. Restrooms are decently kept. My only complaint is how visibly dirty the play areas are. There is dust and hair hanging from everything if you look up. Makes me wonder how well the surfaces kids touch get cleaned and how often. Regardless, I expect to need to put my kids in the shower directly after visiting any indoor playground.

The facility itself doesn’t deserve a one star rating. The facility is well kept. My children had a blast but they are oblivious to the employees.nnWhen we arrived checking in was a complete hassle. They had two women on the register. We were using our pogo pass and the older women who checked us in took about 10 minutes. My kids were over waiting for her to figure out whatever it is she was doing, but okay!nnThen they state that adults are not allowed on the trampoline. When asked why, it is our new rule. Why in the heck are we paying $15 an hour to not be allowed to do things?nnWe went on with our time. Lots of things to do. Indoor jungle gym, slides , toddler section. Plenty for all ages to do.nnAnd then there is the climbing walls . They have 7 or so climbing walls. You have to ask an associate to come over and harness kids up. I went to the front desk to ask for an associate and they were on their phones watching videos.nnShe came over, harnessed us up and all was good. 40 minutes later the associate motions to another that she needs a break. Cool, the new associate ( Lisa) tells my daughter she could not climb again. That there is a rule that states you can only do 2 walls. Even though they have been doing tons of walls the entire time. ( there is no line) and she had no sign or document or any proof that , that was indeed a rule.nnFine, I tell her to get down and come stand in the imaginary line so she could just harness her again in a second. She then tells me no they have to wait 10 minutes after they do 2 walls. Do 2 walls and come back. I asked her why.nnShe stated that it is tiring and they have to take care of the associates as well. That we didn’t give the last girl a break. I then a stated that it is literally her job to do this.nn1. It’s their job.n2. We have an hour pass so in the time we were there she shouldn’t need a break. She is latching and un latching harnesses.n3. We paid to have unlimited play, it didn’t state selected wall climbing, should be discounted.nnWe have been to other up town jungle fun parks and are extremely displeased with this location.
