UpSurge Trampoline Park Reviews
The place is not that clean, there is not a good place for parent to seat while they are waiting for their kids, they could make it way better than that. The option of the food os not that good. They could improve it with better management.
Love the atmosphere. I've got a 2 year old who loves to jump and he loves the dodge balls they have there. Except he doesn't play dodgeball. He just wants to carry it around with em. Lol the staff didn't say a word about the balls not being in a certain area(which I'm sure weren't allowed). Instead they just let em play. 5 stars
My kids have come here for a few years now, and they enjoy it very much. When you enter, you'll sign some digital forms on ipads, and be told the kids must wear socks. They'll have special grippy socks (black with green rubber at the bottom) for you to buy.nnWhen you pay, you're given a wrist band with a pattern to signify when your time is up. During the day, the attendants will keep up with these - but roughly two hours before closing it's a free for all.nnThere is a water fountain to drink from, but with the pandemic they've had it closed off for the last 2 years. There is also a little food area you can order basic food and drinks from for a price. Feed the kids an hour or so before - don't buy the food here since the portion size is small and it's over priced.nnThe 'park' is entirely enclosed and is broken up into multiple sections. There is a dodge ball area. A full obstacle course area that an attendant will guide your child through one at a time. There is a large basic trampoline area in the back where kids can just run and bounce, and finally there is a spot where kids can jump from up high into foam pits and do some foam combat play.nnMy kids (11 and 12) usually go for the obstacle course 1-2 times, my daughter then runs all over the trampoline area before joining her brother at the foam pits for the rest of the stay.
We went today for a fun outing with my grandson. We all had so much fun!
It's coolbeans. It wasn't crowded at all.
