Ultimate Party and Rental NC

Absolutely loved our experience we reserved the frozen bounce house for my daughters birthday from 12-5 they delivered at 1130 and picked up at 530 my daughter said it was the best birthday ever. They were quick at set up and take down.

I cannot say enough positive things about Ultimate Party and Rentals. Outstanding customer service, clean products, and they took the time to explain everything to include weather concerns. Luckily for me, it was a hot sunny day. I will definitely use them again. We have used their service and products for four consecutive years to support our family reunion and they always deliver!

Consumer beware! Surprise $45 delivery fee for my $18 rental. The delivery fee wasn't mentioned on the phone or my online reservation. They canceled my order without any other communication to me after I complained about the unmentioned delivery fee.

We have used them 2 years in a row for our daughters birthday parties and one time for Easter. We definitely plan to use them again this year! They are very friendly they set up quickly and their prices are good and bounce houses are clean.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT!!!!!nnI would give this place a zero if possible. We had a bounce house reserved for 2 to 7pm for a 7 year Olds birthday party. The called a few days prior to confirm and take our card for deposit. They said they would probably be by at 11am to set up that day. The day comes and we call at 11am. They say we are setting up another bounce house then we will be right over.nn1pm comes around and we call them back. They say we accidentally hit a water line setting up the last bounce house and have to wait for someone to pay for the damage but we will be there after that. At 3pm we call and they say they now have a flat tire. But they will be here right after that.nnThe party has already started but we still had hope. Anyways that was the last time we heard from them. The didn't answer any of our calls or text messages going forward. All they would of needed to do was answer the phone and tell us they would not be coming, that they are really sorry and we would have our deposit returned immediately. Still 24 hrs. Later they have NOT reached out to us.nnSo my 7 year waited and waited for this bounce house that never showed up and that was the main source of the entertainment which this pretty much ruined the party. Horrible customer service, and absolutely unacceptable business behavior. Who knows if we will be getting our money back.nnDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT!!!!!
