Definitely prefer this location to the york one. Very clean. Staff are very attentive. I stayed with my kids but they were going around and making sure everyone was having a good time. Only suggestion would be to add seating to the other room with the bouncy castle and rock climbing wall.

My daughter's had a great time. This rating is based on the appearance and staff only. There is alot of play equipment that needs replaced, and also needs a good cleaning. I'm also surprised with as many corners there are, not all are padded. The party room doesn't look to have a very happy feeling. And the lady on duty was on her cell phone during our whole visit. There was alot that needed attended to, but I guess she likes getting paid to be on her cell. Please send someone to attend to this area, and retrain their staff.

A fun place for kids ages 1 to 5, but smaller than a Monkey Joe's or some competitors. It's pretty expensive, $18 for two kids for an hour, but they offer a free babysitting service with admission! You can drop your kids off and shop at the mall or eat at Buffalo Wild Wings while they play. They have a midweek drop-off deal for $15 for 3 hours for them to watch your child while you shop. The staff were nice with the kids.
Great place to take energetic kids. Wether you stay with the kids or shop, ut a small break parents can appreciate. Staff are inrwlefent and courteous. They offer tumbling classes and parents date night. Always clean.
My 5 year old and 2 year old really enjoyed themselves. There is a variety of activities to choose from including a ball pit, a bounce house, a trampoline thing, a climbing wall, a tree house with slide, and more... Went on a Thursday around 10am. It wasn't too busy and we got a special rate because we stayed with our kids (Thursday deal 10-12). Some items were gently worn, but that's to be expected.
