This is a very old and small playground that seems to have a homeless person issue at the park and in the area. There is a little free library, but if you have children, you're better off driving the extra 6 minutes to Jim Barnett park. Minimal parking.

Its a small playground but the benches are close to the play area and they are very well shaded! For my two little girls it was perfect. There is also a read and share library where we got a book and will take one back the next time we go.
Nice small little park you can take your kids to if you live downtown and can't get to Jim Barnett Park.
Nice place to take your kids to swing and slide and play. Basket ball court and benches .very safe accrost from winchester city police dept.
This may not be a part of park but it is near Piccadilly street. Winchester, so charming, l just love the old houses, steeples, it so quaint
