The Rush Fun Park

OK, so far, so good. This is a huge fun park for kids to jump, slide, climb, and socialize. Today is a day off from school, and The Rush Fun Park is busy but not crowded. Our kids seemed to make friends rather quickly and have been all over this place. Parents can sit up front or attempt to follow their kids, but note that the playground area has 3 entrences, and it's a challenge to keep up with the kids. The entire floor is carpeted. They have a nice clean dining area to buy your snacks or lunch. I hope the kids work off enough energy to need a nap after lunch. The equipment smelled clean and I have observed employees cleaning areas that need attention. I am very pleased with The Rush Fun Park.

Took my 8yo daughter here and both of us had a blast. I spent almost $60 on two tickets and two sets of socks. Didn’t buy any food or drinks but it smelled pretty good.nnWe went on a weekend afternoon. It was busy but the place was clean and there were many employees around if we needed it. So many fun spaces for all age groups.nnWe went to the restroom and although it was dirty - within 1 minute of being in there an employee came and cleaned and refilled.nnCons: you need to buy special wristband for the rock climbing wall.nnThis was a good enough experience that we are having her 9th birthday party here.

The staff was very nice even though previously at another run fun park they told me to use mark as used. They were patient in helping us set up in the process Darlene and Felicia was helpful!

The best experience of our life’s. My husbands, my disability daughter and mine. I don’t even know how to start.. When I called to ask questions about prices and info the guy who answered named Enrique was soo polite, Nice, funny, and very patient.. When we told him my daughter was a legally blind child he automatically told me that he would make sure all he’s employees would keep an eye on us and would make sure that my daughters visit would be fun and safe for her!! Every employee there were phenomenal.. We meet the manager Destiny minutes before we left the place and she was also so sweet, polite.. I have never been to a kid place and receive the attention and carrying like we received it there.. While we were there I noticed both managers were walking the around constantly to make sure everyone was playing nice and safe. My daughter loved it so much and made her feel save that We end up getting the membership which to mention the cashier who helped us with it her name is Desiree she was so patient with me and answered every question I had about the billing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and especially if you have a disability child.. You won’t regret it. The food was also soo good..

Local guide here with another review!nSo, here is my experience So, here is my experience the check-in wasn’t too difficult and the young lady at the front was extremely nice. Very helpful. I didn’t get her name. Normally I do get names for reviews but this was my son’s birthday so I didn’t bother to get names of so the reason they lost two stars is for two things for one we tried to bring in a small packet of cupcakes for my son because it was his birthday. Originally, we were told that it would be OK to bring in a cake and then when my wife showed up with the cake, the manager with out even greeting my wife attempted to charge her $25 by saying “it’s $25 if you bring that in” (didn’t even say hi) we didn’t bring up the fact that the nice young lady at the front said it would be free because it look like the manager would’ve got upset with her and we didn’t want that to happen. The manager was not all that bad. She was very professional in regards to a refund for a pizza that we have changed our mind on because of the. Amount of time that it takes to make the pizza, we didn’t want our kids to miss out on play time waiting for the pizza no way the other star deduction is due to the fact that in the toddlers play area, there is a spinning wheel that spins when you turn a real and this has expose the metal now I can see this as an accident waiting to happen as that wheel spins a child should be attempting to get on the ride while it’s spinning and that metal piece is in movement and it can definitely hit a child in the face pictures are provided in the post. Just want to bring that to any potential guest attention. I can definitely see an accident happening with that exposed the metal piece Other than that it’s establishment is wonderful. Everything is great. Everything is fine. The trampolines are well calibrated. You can jump really high on the net trampoline. The obstacle courses are great. And the young men that was delegating the rock climbing was extremely professional. I didn’t get his name, but he was a tall young white man and he took his job very serious, and I really respect and appreciate the level of genuine care and concern that he had for the guest of this establishment he even said something along the lines of “this is serious business” this place was really fun. Thank you for bringing this to our area. As long as they they adjust that issue in the toddler area this place is great everything was fun literally everything
