The Lift Adventure Park

We drove one hour each way - and it was really worth it! Despite the negative reports in the Tampa Bay Times we found Lift Adventure to be a great experience!n+ lots of free parkingn+ very clean bathrooms with no signs of rust (despite media reports to the contrary)n+ very friendly, helpful staff that gave the place the feeling of a private clubn+ great wake boarding area: if you get wiped out, you can walk back on white planks (see photo)n+ staff is dispensing tips and free coachingn+ 2 hrs for $27 and 4 hrs for $34n+ large lake, sandy beach is great for kids, especially small kidsn+ large obstacle course made out of inflatable elementsn+ obstacle course sessions run for one hour and start on the full hourn+ several beach volleyball courtsn+ apparently land next to park is for sale and ready for residential developmentn- right part of obstacle course was closed today

The Lift Adventure Park has such great staff!! I have been wakeboarding here since 2020 and have never had any issues with any of the employees and they are great at fixing any issues you may have! In regards to wakeboarding, it feels like a community not a workspace and everyone is so kind and encouraging. Zoe, Jake, Brad, Dylan, Allora, JR, Jamie, Gracie, Macy, Ericka, Monica and so many more of their workers are all so passionate and considerate to every customer! 10/10 recommend coming to The Lift Adventure Park for a day, or getting a membership and coming all you want!

This place is so cool! My kids had a lot of fun on the aqua chimp and aqua park. We really enjoyed our time on the little beach. The water is so nice and clean. My kids can’t wait to come back.

I had the most awesome experience at Sun West!! The park was perfectly maintained and well kept, the staff were awesome, and everyone i saw was completely enjoying themselves in the moment. I had such a blast on the wakeboarding cable line thing. I highly recommend this place! If I lived nearby I’d go all the time. Go now!!!

Decent wake park if you happen to be in the area. Few features on such a large lake. Main attraction is the beach. Operators are basically nonattentive to what's going on, on the cable. Watched a member of our party have a bad fall on a feature just past the operators stand, and the operators were too busy flirting with each other to notice that the bad fall had happened. Luckily, members of our group were on top of it to make sure she was alright. She tangled in the ropes holding the feature in place and was able to get free. Operators never knew she fell. A member of our group is an operator at a park in the Carolinas, so we watch out for our wakeboarders. Need to separate boyfriend and girlfriend so that they pay attention to riders more than they pay attention to each other. Oh, and the music played was extremely vulgar and full of the F word and N word. Ridiculous for a place with families and possibly young children. Our visit was on October 11, 2023.
