Our kid had the best birthday party to date. The Jumpy Place is family owned with exceptional customer service. They are super reliable, easy to get a hold of, and were super patient with me when I changed my order and the time of my party. They also were the best price. We had a very positive experience. Thank you.
We have used The Jumpy Place Inc now 3 times and everytime is amazing, between the setup to take down and the information in between on how to use the things! 5 stars

Overall an easy experience to rent inflatables super last minute, love that you can book online and fairly priced. Thank you for making our Halloween party a blast for the kids! Great communication skills from the staff and super friendly!
This was our first experience renting an inflatable water slide, and we gotta say, it has exceeded all of our expectations and then some. The jumpy place communicated with us very well prior to drop off in terms of our contract, the requirements, the rules, payment and price. The staff that completed drop off & pick up were very friendly and completed the service in a timely manner. The staff member who completed the emails was professional, helpful and accommodating. Now on to the slide itself… WE HAD A BLAST. From young kids to adults, it was fun for everyone. Faster than we thought it would be, but we would do it again every weekend if we could. We also received a picnic table and a snow cone machine during our rental. The kids loved the snow cones including cups and syrup. Easy to use and tasty.nnWe can’t wait till our next event/party to rent another inflatable from the jumpy place.nP.S. I would say they are pretty affordable and reasonable in price. Thank you The Jumpy Place for providing such fun for families and friends! We did not want to see the slide go..
We rented this obstacle course over Thanksgiving weekend. They delivered early Wednesday morning, we were not having our surprise party until Sunday so I requested a late pickup, they were very nice and said they would put us at the end of the pick up list. We had a blast on the obstacle, everything went as planned.
