It is a great place to let your kids run and jump and have a great time. And while they have fun parents can sit in the massager chairs and watch . Party rooms are great. We had the glow room and it was really nice. Plates cups and table cloths glowed. They handled everything for us. Thank yall.
My grandsons 5th birthday party was and everyone had a blast. There's so much to do and everyone loves it there. There is laser tag, you can climb and jump. All kinds of video games plenty to do for all ages. Easy to find, easy entrance and exit. Plenty of handicap parking. It's nice and clean and most of all the workers are very helpful and friendly.
Lots of fun to be had. We have had multiple parties here a d just days of fun. Great way to get some energy out and have fun.
I fully understand that the parents are responsible for watching the children play but with that many kids in one area at a time i feel like the teenagers that are there should be doing more than standing around in a circle and talking amongst themselves!!! My grandson got hurt and yes i know they are not responsible but they really should be more aware!!
We had my son’s birthday party here. They were so very helpful with everything. From setting up before we even got there to clean up so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Truly it was so nice to have a birthday party that wasn’t overwhelming. We just served the cupcakes and drinks to his my son’s guests/friends, opened presents, then time to jump! The laser tag was a big hit too! All of his friends had a blast! Thank you so much to all of you at The Factory for making my son’s tenth birthday so fun 🎉🙂
