What a great location for local farmers markets, builders shows, and local events in general. The covered space for vendors is spacious and has large overhead fans. The bathrooms are clean. The views of the lake are the perfect backdrop.
Visiting the area to see relatives and we ventured over here one evening after dinner. There was a private party going on but we got to look around. It was pretty cool. Good to see a park and facility like this available for the public to use.

Lovely market first and third Saturdays monthly. Vendors with fresh produce, art, crafts, gifts, candles, plants, soaps and much more.
Great Vendor event for crafters of all creations ☺️ Clean, spacious/open (not on top of your neighbor), friendly group of vendors to spend the day with ☺️. Lots of unique items to add to your holiday shopping 🛍️🎄 or just bring something home for yourself 🥰. First and Third Saturday monthly. Be sure to check it out. Stop by and say Hi! 🙋🏻♀️
The Inverness Depot District includes renovated city and state parks connecting together via the Withlacoochee State Trail. The depot was built in 1892 as part of the Atlantic Coast Line and moved to its new location, facing a section of the Withlacoochee State Trail that winds through the District. The newly renovated depot has a historic look to it and will be used for small businesses that cater to cycling, tourism, music and the many activities that abound. The Depot District also includes multipurpose open-air pavilion, a water tower with stage, picnic area.
